Project Goal:

Synthesis of several APIs with a purity of >98% and no impurity >0.5%

Details:

Following the above case study, the same customer contracted CalChem to synthesize 50 g each of three APIs for their initial animal studies.  Similarly, all the multi-step synthetic procedures provided by the customer were performed on mg scale and were not suitable for the large scale synthesis.

The reactions were fully optimized during the course of the syntheses and excessive amounts of each API were synthesized with a purity of >99% and delivered ahead of the lead times.
